Christmas is a good time to buy a home

This Christmas might be the best time to buy a home for a number of reasons. It’s a time when not too many buyers are in the market, which means that the demand is low. Owners of properties, homes and condos who have listed their homes for sale are generally more motivated towards the end of the year. This makes them amenable to price negotiations and an early closure. Statistically, homes are at an all-time low during the Christmas season.
Perhaps the over-riding consideration is that the first-time homebuyer’s credit is in force till May 1, 2010. There is no guarantee it will be available next Christmas. However homebuyers must remember this credit applies only to homes used as a taxpayer's principal residence.

Target homes for sale in San Jose

Dale Warfel an experienced realtor in the San Jose area, recommends a Christmas purchase. The key is to check out in advance what homes are listed and close in on a quick deal on the slump season, between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Talk to Dale Warfel to take advantage of the seasonal low in home prices. His technical knowledge combined with excellent negotiation skills makes him the right real estate agent for a home in the Bay Area. Check out his listings at www.dalewarfel.com for homes in Campbell, Coyote, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Monte Sereno, Midtown, Willow Glen and Almaden Valley.

Real estate in Alviso

Located north of San Jose at the mouth of the Guadalupe River and at the end of Coyote Creek, is the small historical neighbourhood of Alviso. Named after Ignacio Alviso, the son of one of the original members of the infamous Anza expedition, Alviso was first inhabited by early settlers in the 17th century. The city itself was incorporated on March 4, 1852, and finally merged with the City of San Jose on March 12, 1968, after a referendum decided in favour of merging. However, the place name ‘Alviso’ is still in use by the U.S. Postal Service, for delivering mail to the locality.

At first, the town of Alviso was a major transportation hub for California, as it was an important seaport. However, increased use of railway in the Santa Clara Valley, led to a decline in its importance. This trend was further accentuated when the growth of the Silicon Valley began to take centre-stage in
California’s developmental patterns. Frequent floods in the early 1980s, and later due to the El Nino current caused the destruction of a number of homes and businesses.

However, Alviso remains a great residential neighbourhood. If you are interested in purchasing real estate in Alviso,
contact Dale Warfel. Dale has been a realtor with Keller Williams Realty for many years, and has expertise in real estate in Almaden Valley, Blossom Valley, Morgan Hill, Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Saratoga, among others. A ghost town is one that as been abandoned because the economic activity that ensured its existence has failed, or due to man-made or natural disasters like war and epidemics. They are not in much demand today due to lack of opportunities, however they serve as a good security. But due to the tourist attraction

Junior golf in California

With over 2500 golf courses, and a history of producing world-class golfers, California has become one of the most popular golfing destinations in the country. The state has produced a good number of tour professionals, and has become a hotspot for golf in America, especially after its best-known son Tiger Woods burst onto the professional scene in 1996. In order to tap growing talent in golf at an early age, the state has encouraged the organisation of an extensive local tour for juniors as well as amateurs, in order to develop the necessary infrastructure.

The tour operates throughout California and Nevada, and some tournaments are held in world -class golf courses like Torrey Pines and Mission Hills, while others are held near small localities like
Willow Glen and Los Gatos. Coaching and club membership facilities have also been provided extensively, to encourage more people to take up the game.

The climate is also well suited to a golfing environment, i.e. hot summers and cold winters provide for a variation in conditions, allowing players to adapt themselves to difficult situations. Keen on improving your golf game or that of your children? Start by moving closer to the course. Talk to

Call Dale to get the best deals

Real estate dealings are processes that not only involve a lot of legal agreements but also include huge amounts of money. It is obvious that you would want to make maximum profit out of the house which you wish to sell. Here is a list of things that you should keep in mind before selling a house. It is important that buyers become aware that you are putting your property on sale. Hence effective advertising is important to spread the word. Try simple, but effective methods such as giving ads on television, newspapers and other paper attachments.

Billboards and notices also attract a lot of attention. Apart from these, advertising online is another great way to spread awareness. A good real estate agency would be able to guide you. Prepare your house, to make it look attractive to the buyers. Spend a few dollars to get a new coat of paint for your house. Scrub the floors clean and make the entire house look clean, neat and spacious. Also take care to fix minor problems such as squeaking staircases or loose door knobs. The more attractive your house is, the higher is its demand in the market. Consult a good real estate agent like
Dale Warfel of Keller Williams Realty to fix the correct rate for your property.

Fixing a price much higher than what its value is can leave your house unsold for ages and fixing a price much lesser than what it deserves to get would result in a loss for you. As a Silicon Valley native, having lived, worked, shown, listed, and sold homes in practically every corner of Santa Clara County,
Realtor Dale Warfel’s combination of area knowledge, technical background, and negotiation skills is an asset when looking for your dream home. Living in the valley

The Silicon Valley, so named because of its flourishing semiconductor industry, is located in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Once fondly nicknamed the Valley of Heart’s Delights, because of the sprawling orchards that encompassed the Santa Clara Valley and other neighbourhoods, the area has now come to be synonymous with the dot-com boom that America experienced in the 20th century.

The term “Silicon” refers to the computer chip industry among other high tech industries, while “Valley” comes from the Santa Clara Valley in which most of the industries are based. The 20th century has seen an immense
growth in real estate throughout America, more so in the Silicon Valley, due to the presence of high technology companies that require office and showroom space. However, fears of a U.S. recession have pulled the prices down, and the time is ripe to enter the real estate sector.

Investing in Silicon Valley real estate properties is a lucrative option, and Dale Warfel is the
best real estate advisor when it comes to the Santa Clara Valley. Ten years of working with Keller Williams Realty has taught him the nitty-grittys of the trade, and his technical knowledge and communication skills are remarkable. Dale has expertise in homes for sale in Almaden Valley, Coyote, Monte Sereno, Rose Garden, Midtown, Cambrian Park, Los Gatos, Campbell, and Morgan Hill, among other cities and neighbourhoods of California. So call him at 408 624 6202 to make an appointment.

A great place to settle down in

San Jose is the tenth largest city in America and also the hub of activity in the Silicon Valley. However, in the race to keep up with the leading cities of the world in terms of growth and development, the quiet city has not compromised on the beauty and serenity for which it is so famed. San Jose is dotted with enchanting parks and boulevards, but perhaps the most green and beautiful locality is Rose Garden, built around the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden.

The San Jose Municipal Rose Garden is situated in 5.5 acres of what was once a beautiful prune orchard, and is now dedicated to roses. Today, the garden boasts of over 4,000 species of rose shrubs and 189 varieties, including hybrids. Tourists and visitors frequent the world-renowned garden throughout the year, although May is the season in which the roses are at their best, in terms of both fragrance and beauty. What is more is that the San Jose authorities even permit weddings to be held in these delightful parks, so long as certain rules and regulations regarding the cleanliness of the area are adhered to.
San Jose is a great place to live in. Dogs are not allowed in such parks, but dog-lovers should have no reason to protest, as the city offers many specialized dog parks which have facilities specific to their doggy needs.

All in all, San Jose, and especially Rose Garden, is a very pleasant place to live, and it is no wonder that the real estate prices in California are rather high. However, never fear,
Dale Warfel is here to guide you through the entire process should you wish to purchase homes in San Jose. As a consultant for Keller Williams Realty for over 10 years, he has gained experience in sale of homes in Morgan Hill, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Cambrian Park, Midtown, and Almaden Valley. So call him at 408 624 6202 to make an appointment.

The ultimate investment

With the US heading into a recession, and the stock markets already reacting adversely to this, it is no wonder that most investors are turning to real estate to park their money for a while. The advantages of investing in real estate are many, so much so, that it is often regarded as the “ultimate investment”. One of the most useful tips that a potential investor in real estate will ever get is to never overpay. Careful negotiation and good communication skills are essential in striking a successful deal, because it is when buying and not when selling that the real profit is made. The lower the price at which you can get your hands on the property, the higher are your chances of making big money when it is time to sell.

Begin with the end in mind. Although the
value of the property may almost certainly appreciate over a span of, say 15 years, the value of the same property may drop drastically in a shorter time period of, say 5 years. In this case, it would be prudent to consider making additions or renovations to the house to increase its value, which is why knowing exactly how you are going to treat the investment, is so integral to its success.

For more such tips related to real estate,
contact Dale Warfel, a consultant with Keller Williams Realty. Dale is an expert in real estate in the Silicon Valley, with over a decade of experience in this field. He is well versed in the nuances of realty, and can offer valuable assistance in dealing with real estate properties and homes for sale in Almaden valley, Campbell, Los Gatos, Coyote, Midtown, and Willow Glen, all of which are localities situated in the Santa Clara County. So call him at 408 624 6202 to make an appointment.

In the present day, real estate is considered an important business sector. With the development of private property ownership, real estate has become a major area of business. The danger is always there that a person will buy a house now, but will later regret having invested in the wrong home.

It is always good to take advice. The expert in this field from whom one must take advice is a real estate consultant.
