Do You Need a Referral?

Short sales are continuing to offer me an opportunity to improve my negotiating skills while helping my clients avoid foreclosure. Though the process can be challenging at times, it is so worth the effort to get the approval from the lenders and to give the good news to my clients. Last week, we received lender approval on two of my short sale listings. The seller's lender must approve all short sales, as they have to accept a less than full payoff for those loans, typically due to either property devaluation, financial hardship on the part of the seller, or a combination of the two. If buyers are patient, they can get some great deals on a short sale purchase. As a Certified Short Sale Professional, I have the tools to work with the banks to get these deals through. If you know of someone who may be in this situation, please contact me and give me their information. I may be able to help them avoid foreclosure.
