Bedroom communities

A commuter town is an urban community that is primarily residential, from which most of the workforce commute out of the community to earn their livelihood. Most commuter towns are suburbs of a nearby metropolis that workers travel to daily, and many suburbs are commuter towns. A commuter town may also be known as a bedroom community, a dormitory town, or less commonly a dormitory village. These terms suggest that residents sleep in these neighborhoods, but mostly work elsewhere. An excellent example of a commuter town is Saratoga in Santa Clara county of California. It is an upper class bedroom community and the ideal place to live in, one of the best in the United States. It has some of the most breath-takingly beautiful homes. If you are looking for homes for sale in Saratoga, the ideal real estate agent is Dale Warfel of Keller Williams Realty.

Commuter towns like Saratoga differ from suburbs slightly. As a general rule, suburbs are developed in areas adjacent to main
employment centers, such as a town or a city, but may or may not have many jobs locally, whereas bedroom communities have few local businesses and most residents who have jobs commute to employment centers some distance away. As it is understood, commuter towns are residential communities. Hence, they give their residents the maximum amount of pleasure in terms of residential benefits. There are some great communities to settle in. There may not be big city malls or things of that sort, but there are no traffic jams or overpopulated markets where it would take forever to finish one’s errands.

Dale Warfel who is a realtor in San Jose specializes in homes for sale in Silicon Valley and its communities, which Saratoga is a part of. He also has some
great properties for sale in Almaden Valley, houses for sale in Milpitas and properties for sale in Blossom Valley.
